Shine T-Shirt

A verb people are told to do and never instructed how.

SHINE is standard-issue encouragement with no method attached whatsoever. It happens to be true anyway — the people who manage it are mostly just doing something they are good at, in public, where somebody can see.

Why “Shine”? Light, standing out and being visibly good at something. The word functions as a compliment and an instruction simultaneously.
