Almost Mug

Almost awake. Give it a minute.

There is a stage of the morning that is not sleep and not yet function. ALMOST names it, sits through it, and says nothing else. A quietly funny gift for slow starters and chronic near-missers.

Why "ALMOST"? Six letters holding nearly, not quite, on the verge and just barely. ALMOST is where most of life actually happens, and it deserves the credit.
