Grateful Sticker

Deliberate, not spontaneous.

GRATEFUL goes on the mirror, the case, the bottle of somebody who has decided to make a proper habit of it rather than waiting.

Why “Grateful”? Thankfulness, noticed and then stated out loud. The simplest reliable intervention anybody has yet found for a bad week.
